Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Boston, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep all departments running, drive floor revenue, and ensure guests leave ready to return.

As GM is out, you own the shift, team, and results, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, and events with a focus on hospitality.

You will hire, train, and schedule hourly staff, manage cash, labor, and inventory, and implement company initiatives with the GM.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across multi-department environment.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• Floor-first management style; lead by being present.

Responsibilities

• Own center performance across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events on every shift.
• Drive sales through hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams across all departments.
• Manage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventory.
• Stay visible during peak shifts nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Execute company initiatives and promotions with the GM.
