Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep all departments running smoothly, drive revenue on the floor, and ensure guests leave eager to return. When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results.

You will lead center performance across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, while driving sales through superior hospitality and service standards. The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in hospitality and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across multiple departments.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus.
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control and P&L impact.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own center performance across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events on every shift.
• Drive sales through hospitality, guest engagement, and high service standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams across all departments.
• Manage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS and inventory.
• Stay visible during peak shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Execute company initiatives and promotions in partnership with the GM.
