Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Manteca, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep every department running, drive revenue on the floor, and ensure guests leave eager to return. When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results.

You will lead across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, hire and develop hourly staff, and manage daily financials while applying company initiatives and promotions in partnership with the GM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Ability to drive sales and operational performance across multiple departments.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• Floor-first management style with hands-on leadership.
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center performance across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events on every shift.
• Drive sales through hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams across departments.
• Manage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventory.
• Be visible during peak shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Implement company promotions and operational improvements with the GM.

• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environment
• Experience training and developing department-level managers
• A floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distance
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impact
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
