Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Woodbridge, VA to keep every department running, drive revenue on the floor, and ensure guests leave ready to return. When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results.

You will guide multi-department operations across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events, while hiring and developing hourly teams and managing daily financials with a focus on guest experience and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environment.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• A floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distance.
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impact.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
