Club Pilates Abilene is seeking an Assistant General Manager & Marketer (AGMM) to lead membership growth and deliver the Club Pilates experience. You’ll blend sales, marketing, and operations to drive engagement and revenue while supporting front-desk and class operations.

The role emphasizes community building, CRM management, social media, retail inventory, events, and team collaboration with the General Manager.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and community engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership growth through lead generation, tours, and follow-ups.
• Retain and engage members; manage freezes, reactivations, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content; plan targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate local partnerships, community events, and grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Maintain retail displays, monitor inventory, and promote merchandise to boost revenue.
• Track key performance indicators and analyze data to improve sales and member satisfaction.
