Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions.
• Build and publish staff schedules; manage timecards and records.
• Open/close cash registers; process invoices; manage tip allocation.
• Train, supervise and coach FOH/BOH staff; onboard/offboard.
• Maintain communication with the team via Slack; document venue conditions.
