Aviator Nation in Malibu is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence and support leadership at our Malibu venue. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, inventory, and administrative workflows while maintaining a positive team environment.

The AGM will partner with the General Manager to ensure premier service, strong internal communication, and consistent adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a management role.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across staff and management.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions.
• Schedule staff, publish schedules, manage timecards and records.
• Open/close cash registers, perform banking tasks, and manage tip allocation.
• Lead FOH/BOH staff, training, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Communicate with the team via Slack and document venue conditions.
• Oversee Dreamland inventory, orders, counts, and reporting.
• Ensure premier guest service and high guest satisfaction.
• Open and close the venue following security standards.
