Job summary

Soho Beach House Canouan is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support all aspects of the business alongside the property General Manager. The AGM oversees service standards, operational efficiency, member/guest experience, staff retention and profit targets at a Soho House & Co. property.

The role includes day-to-day staff management and brand stewardship, ensuring elite guest experiences. Required skills include 5-7+ years in room operations management, with familiarity in Front Office,

Qualifications

• At least 5-7+ years' experience managing Room Operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance.
• Significant exposure to high volume F&B operations.
• Understand, maintain, and enforce local and government regulated food safety, risk prevention and emergency procedures.
• Operational experience using Synexis, Lighthouse, Duetto & Opera.
• Monitor, assess, report and develop action items to support service trends and guest experience.
• Innovator with experience managing room division operations focused on service.
