Job summary

Soho House Canouan seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in delivering an elevated member and guest experience across all hotel operations. The AGM will lead daily staff management, ensure safety and service standards, and drive profitability through strategic planning and partnership with departments across the property.

The role requires a strong hospitality mindset, experience across room operations and high-volume F&B, and a proven track record in staff

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience managing Room Operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance.
• Significant exposure to high volume Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience interviewing new hires and supporting growth and success planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to develop goals and actionable items to optimize performance and profitability.
• Oversee service standards, operational efficiency and guest experience to drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Finance and Operations to implement improvements.
• Lead staff development and retention initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.
