Soho House & Co is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Austin, TX to support the General Manager. You will lead high‑volume F&B operations, champion service excellence, and partner across departments to optimize staff performance, guest satisfaction and profitability.

This role emphasizes leadership, culture, and brand-aligned operations. The AGM acts as a brand ambassador, ensures safety and compliance, and collaborates with Head Office functions to deliver unforgettable experiences

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years managing high-volume F&B operations.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Experience hiring and developing staff.
• Ability to monitor service trends and guest feedback.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building.

• Serve as strategic partner to the General Manager across departments.
