Soho Beach House Canouan is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff retention, and optimal profitability. You will partner with executive leadership to drive strategic objectives, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver memorable moments across food, beverage, events and amenities.

• At least 10+ years managing high-volume F&B or multi-unit operations.
• Understand, maintain, and enforce local and government regulated food safety and emergency procedures.
• Interview all new and prospective hires and support team growth and success planning.
• Monitor, assess, report and develop action items to improve service and profitability.
• Innovator and influencer with focus on top-quality service experiences.
• A creative and analytical thinker with strong business aptitude and guest focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly organized, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as influential leader and strategic partner to drive profitable guest experiences.
• Assess business weekly/daily and provide state of operation reports with action plans.
