Job summary

Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. seeks an outgoing Assistant General Manager to lead a premier Hilton Head Island property with extensive events, F&B and recreation offerings. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, operations excellence, and strategic oversight across multiple departments.

The position requires 5–7 years in high-volume resort leadership, a relevant degree, and CHA or equivalent credentials. Relocation assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership in high-volume, 400+ room resorts.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• CHA certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate across departments including F&B and recreation for large-scale operations.
• Oversee multi-million dollar budgets and maximize RevPAR through strategic oversight.
• Resolve guest issues and operational emergencies with speed and composure.
• Develop and lead diverse, high-volume teams to maintain luxury service standards.
