A premier lifestyle community in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking an outgoing and highly communicative Assistant General Manager to lead this property with a multitude of events and activities. Base Salary: $100,000-$105,000 plus bonus potential, great benefits, & 401K

• Multi-Departmental Coordination: Synchronizing F&B and recreation across large-scale operations.
• Financial Analysis: Managing multi-million dollar budgets and maximizing RevPAR through strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

• Certifications: Industry credentials such as CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and safety compliance.
