Job summary

The Texas Hotel Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance in Lewisville, TX. You will drive profitability, oversee budgeting, and ensure service excellence, while coaching staff and aligning with corporate standards.

Responsibilities include directing departments, monitoring KPIs, handling guest escalations, and enforcing compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L analysis, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Maestro, or similar.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
