Payscale ranges from $71,477.46 to $75,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Management or related field required.
• 6–8 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles advised.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in production, scheduling, staff management and payroll.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, promoters and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue events and shows, ticketing, and show settlement.
• Coordinate lighting, video, sound, parking and sponsorship.
• Analyze calendars and determine staffing levels; manage schedules.
• Oversee maintenance and security; coordinate with staff.
• Manage office operations and budget considerations.
• Ensure guest relations and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Assist with budget forecasting and monthly financial statements.
• Make decisions in General Manager's absence.
