Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team and help run daily operations with passion and heart. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager, coach crew members, and deliver the legendary Southern hospitality we’re known for.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead shifts, manage labor and costs, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold food safety standards, and develop staff through onboarding and training, while fostering an inclusive, high-energy team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and with great food.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
