Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver legendary hospitality. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, sales, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on, lead-by-example style. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver great food and service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
