Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Support General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at its best and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
