Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Greensboro, NC to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop staff, drive traffic, and grow profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

The role requires management experience, the ability to coach staff, and a focus on guest service, with flexible hours and opportunities for leadership development at Bojangles'.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Creates an inviting store culture where team members feel respected and valued.
• Communicates effectively with guests and staff.
• Leads teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Maintains WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Understands and contributes to the store’s P&L and inventory management.
