Qualifications

• Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Confidently delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and communicating business objectives.
• Supervising daily operations, coaching shifts supervisors, and ensuring store level performance.
• Manning duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivating staff, especially during low morale.
• Maintaining brand standards and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensuring cash management accuracy and daily reporting.
• Addressing customer needs and resolving issues to build long-term relationships.
