Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to ensure peak performance of the restaurant.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, guest engagement, and delivering legendary experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes training and developing your team and leading by example.

Formación

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop your team.
