The KBP Brands family, home to KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and cost control, and build a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of AGM experience with P&L responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and coach the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation to keep a safe dining area.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximise profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges efficiently.
