KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards.

The role includes managing daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and cost controls, with opportunities for career growth within KBP Foods. Eligible for quarterly bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
