Job summary

KBP Brands, the parent of KFC operations, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant performance and guest experiences. You will train, schedule, and coach the team while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
