Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with staffing planning and hiring decisions.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and develop incentive programs.
• Coach and develop Department Managers and Team Members; provide performance feedback.
• Assist in on-going performance management and development of staff.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by handling complaints and improving service quality.
• Support daily operations to ensure quality, speed and accuracy.
