Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Centereach, NY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

You should have 3 years of restaurant management experience and a solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and basic computer operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience is preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
