Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, oversee Shift Managers and front-line staff, and partner with the GM to drive top performance. You will prioritize guest experience, staff development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of restaurant management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws and safety procedures, and a passion for training teams to deliver legendary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
