Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Daytona Beach, FL to lead and mentor a high‑volume team, ensure quality operations, and drive profitability. You will oversee inventory, safety, payroll, and scheduling, while promoting the brand through local events and community engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality focus, and a track record in managing financial performance and compliance with local health and safety codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Ability to learn and train others on all Shack operations
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Knowledge of all financial aspects of business operations
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Responsibilities
