Shake Shack is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead high‑volume operations in Daytona Beach. You will coach and develop teams, oversee inventory, quality and safety, and drive financial performance while upholding hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of GM experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of P&L. Flexible hours and food safety certification are preferred as you help grow the Shack brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
