Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management in high-volume environments.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning, purchasing, and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and excellence.
• Financial acumen including P&L responsibilities and budgeting.
