Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of AG.Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physically able to lift/move heavy objects and stand for whole shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness to provide a safe guest/employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
