Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and assign work to support store-level operations.
• Step in and perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and improve morale.
• Maintain leadership and organizational effectiveness.
• Address issues promptly and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed; maximize relations with landlords and labor.
• Keep the restaurant clean, inviting, and compliant with brand standards.
• Ensure accurate cash management and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through spot counts and checks.
