You will lead non‑management staff, coach shifts, uphold brand standards, manage cash handling, and resolve customer issues. A focus on teamwork, strong communication, and consistent service will help drive performance and guest

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 5+ years in quick service/retail management preferred.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives clearly.
• Supervise non-management staff, assign work, coach shifts, and develop supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during busy periods.
