Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Step in for the general manager when needed to maintain operations.
• Motivate staff during challenging times and maintain morale.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain cash management accuracy and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Keep inventory data accurate with spot counts and checks.
