Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, inventory, and labor management.
• Possess strong communication skills for performance appraisals, training, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations in the GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Model MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members to build a diverse, capable team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and employee relations.
• Oversee safety, food safety, and severity of policies while driving profitability.
• Support facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed.
