Fazoli’s in Bridgeton, MO is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize guest experience, and drive profitability in a fast-paced, food-service setting.

The AGM will lead and develop staff, manage shifts, ensure food quality and safety standards, and act as a key leader in the restaurant, reporting to the General Manager. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory restaurant experience.
• Experience in fast-casual or quick-service environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach restaurant staff to meet performance goals and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; reinforce policies and expectations.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and morale.
• Oversee shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest flow.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation per standards.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and labor management for profitability.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain satisfaction.
