Fazoli’s in Elizabethtown, KY seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest service. You’ll supervise staff, ensure quality, and uphold safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM reports to the General Manager and guides teams through shift leadership, training, and performance coaching to achieve targets while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in fast-casual or quick-service settings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor costs and budgeting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail in food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach restaurant staff to achieve performance goals and high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor staffing and adjust for guest volume and needs.
