Fazoli’s in Illinois is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a team, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to brand standards to ensure consistent quality and service.

The AGM will partner with the General Manager to optimize profitability, control costs, and maintain a positive work environment while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience coaching and developing restaurant staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling.
• Sound understanding of food cost, labor cost, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in leading and motivating staff to meet performance goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; enforce policies and standards.
• Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness to ensure Fazoli’s standards.
• Help manage budgets, labor, inventory, and sales reporting for profitability.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction.
