Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shift managers and front-line staff, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at its best. You will drive guest engagement and key service metrics in a fast-paced environment, while upholding standards and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 3 years of management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure peak restaurant performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
