Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and feedback.
• Experience with P&L and cash control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shifts, uphold food safety and core standards.
• Lead operations in GM's absence and assist with hiring.
• Provide feedback, address employee relations, and escalate when needed.
• Support with Profit & Loss, inventory, and labor management.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
