Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing store operations.
• Strong customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and business sense.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.
• Desire to learn and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and coach shift supervisors.
• Cover duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff during morale dips.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Manage cash, daily reports, and adherence to directives.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Monitor inventory with spot counts and checks.
