This entry-level management role offers exposure to leadership, coaching, and decision-making within a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The position emphasizes guiding shifts, maintaining brand standards, resolving customer issues, and supporting the General Manager in achieving store objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shifts supervisors for store-level performance.
• Fill in leadership in the absence of the General Manager.
• Motivate staff during times of low morale and maintain strong brand standards.
• Ensure cash management is accurate and daily reports comply with directives.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with spot counts and checks.
