Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC is seeking an Assistant General/Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets for the store. You will supervise staff, assist with staffing decisions, and ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety.

The role involves daily leadership responsibilities, scheduling bi-weekly shifts, enforcing policies, training staff, and driving store profitability under supervision of the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1-year experience as Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Supervise and direct staff; hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety in daily operations.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and timely financial reporting.
• Enforce dress code, policies, and training of new staff.
• Monitor labor budgets and manage timekeeping and scheduling.
