Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store meeting financial targets including labor and food costs.
• Manages store assets and maintains security and safety.
• Oversees cash handling and timely financial reporting.
