Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Supervise and direct staff; ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and safety.
• Manage staffing decisions with approval from DM, HR, or President.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard staff.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and labor budget adherence.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
