107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Saint Charles, MO to join our service center leadership team. The AGM will work with the GM to drive revenue growth, lead guest-focused operations, and ensure daily excellence in service and store performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, budgeting support, and maintaining safety and quality standards while guiding team members through internal training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and translate financial objectives into sales results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue growth through guest counts and sales metrics.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
