Job summary

Golden Gate Bell, LLC, a Taco Bell franchise, is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager in achieving brand standards. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, training, recruiting, and helping drive financial performance while delivering 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the GM to identify staffing needs, interview candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Support the GM in achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Assist the GM in the management of restaurant operations.
