Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; assist and financials / statement preparation; and assist the GM with customer service inquiries.
• Organize, run and supervise daily opening and closing shifts with exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Provide leadership to hourly and management teams and foster our Culture of Caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and business growth.
