Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years F&B, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs daily and closes procedures per policy.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates.
• Interviews candidates and handles hiring decisions for associates.
• Monitors financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Ensures safety and AB policies are followed and staff adhere to procedures.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
