Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of food & beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates in units or POS.
• Interview candidates and participate in hiring decisions.
• Read financial and operational data to monitor unit goals.
• Ensure shifts are covered and staff properly scheduled.
• Maintain health, safety, and AB policy compliance.
• Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices.
• Keep display areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Ensure contact information for associates is up to date.
